You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. We recommend opening your package immediately upon receipt to ensure all items are in the condition you ordered.
Please contact our customer service team within the return period to request a return. Do not return the item to the address listed on our website or the package. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition, with the original tags still attached. We do not accept used, altered, washed, or damaged items, nor do we accept returns items in custom size and also adjustments which were made to your specifications. All custom fit orders are tailor-made specifically to your specifications. This means that once an order is completed, it is unique to you and cannot be resold to another customer. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-fit orders unless there is a quality issue.
Quality Issues:
If you encounter any quality issues, such as damage to the clothing, please take photos of the original shipment and contact our customer service team within 48 hours to request a return. Once your request is processed, we will notify you, and a return or refund will be processed within seven days of receiving and inspecting your order.
Most of our dresses are handmade, so minor issues may occur. These are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange. Here are some tips to address common issues:
Threads: Use scissors to carefully trim any excess threads.
Creases: Iron the dress on the reverse side (inner side) to avoid damaging beads, embroidery, or other embellishments.
Slight Marks: These are usually caused by water-erasable pens used during tailoring. Gently rub the area with water to clean.
Please ensure you keep your shipping receipt and tracking information for your return shipment. Ballsbella is not responsible for lost, damaged, or wrongfully shipped return packages.
If you receive a damaged or wrongfully shipped item, please take photos of the original packaging for verification purposes, which will assist us in processing your return more efficiently.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it and, upon approval, process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, as their processing times may vary.
Fees and Charges:
Original Shipping Fee & Return Shipping Fee: These are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns. To minimize environmental waste and keep prices affordable, our products are made-to-order, and the aforementioned fees are automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Helpful Tips:
To avoid restocking fees, please carefully review our size chart before making your purchase.
Note:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in an acceptable condition.
Important Information About Made-to-Order Dresses
Please be aware that all our dresses are made-to-order, tailored specifically for you. Each dress is crafted with care and cannot be restocked or resold if returned. As a result, we do not accept “buy-many-keep-one” orders. To minimize environmental waste and resource use, we strongly advise against such practices. Once your order is confirmed, we assume you require all items in your order and our return and refund policy will apply.
Alterations and Compensation:
If you decide to keep your order but need some adjustments, we offer compensation for alterations. We understand that minor modifications may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit. We provide limited reimbursement for alterations on both standard and custom-made dresses. To receive compensation, simply send us a copy of the tailor’s receipt along with your order number. Here are the reimbursement limits in USD for custom-fit dresses:
For dresses valued at $99 or less: Reimbursement limit $35
For dresses valued between $100 and $199: Reimbursement limit $50
For dresses valued above $200: Reimbursement limit $75
To accommodate slight adjustments, our tailors reserve extra fabric in the seams of each dress. Please note that a finished gown might vary by approximately an inch from the specified measurements, allowing for alterations to achieve the perfect fit.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Items that fit according to your specifications but do not fit properly cannot be returned or exchanged. You will need to find a local tailoring service at your own cost. If there is a significant discrepancy between your order specifications and the final sizing, re sizing may not be possible. We will help remake at half price.
